Comme1COMEX approach: How can we meet the challenges of transformation through innovation and experimentation by young talent?

Like a COMEX, 16 young talents between the ages of 25 and 40, representative of the AG2R LA MONDIALE Group's professions, work to identify, propose and experiment with a concrete response to a strategic issue proposed by the Group's general management. Their recommendations feed into the Group Executive Committee, enabling them to scale up their work. Like a COMEX team, this collective draws on the complementary skills of its members. Like1COMEX challenge, needle, play a sparring-partner role around strategic themes.
